Every student begins with foundation work in posture, flexibility, strength, coordination and core dance technique. 2024-2025 Competition Highlights

NZIDS students earned multiple top placements across Auckland and national competitions, including:

  • 1st Place wins in lyrical group, open solo, jazz solo, ballet solo, and contemporary/open group events

  • National finals placements in jazz solo, lyrical solo, and contemporary group categories

  • Strong results across Evolution Dance, Velocity Dance, New Zealand Dance Awards, and National Dance Challenge
